“ภาพท้องฟ้าเปิดเหนือศิริราชตอนบ่ายแก่ ๆ วันที่ ๑๓ ต.ค. ๒๕๕๙ สะกิดให้คิดมุมกลับได้ว่าป่านนี้บนสวรรค์คงกำลังเฉลิมฉลองต้อนรับการเสด็จฯ กลับของพระองค์ท่านอยู่ หลังจากที่ทรงเสียสละจุติจากเทวโลกลงมาอุบัติในมนุษยโลกเพื่อทรงงานช่วยเหลือดูแลบำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขพวกเราอยู่ตั้งนาน

คนไทยเรายุคปัจจุบันมีบุญมากที่ได้เกิดทันแผ่นดินของพระโพธิสัตว์ผู้กำลังสั่งสมพระบารมีเพื่อจะไปเป็นพระพุทธเจ้าพระองค์หนึ่งในอนาคต ถ้ารักและอาลัยพระองค์ท่านก็พึงเจริญทาน ศีล และภาวนาบารมีตามรอยพระบาทกันเถิด
เพราะอย่าลืมว่า เพียงการอธิษฐานว่า "ขอเกิดเป็นข้ารองพระบาททุกชาติไป" นั้นไม่พอ แต่ต้องสร้างเหตุให้เหมาะสมที่จะได้ไปเกิดใต้เบื้องพระยุคลบาทด้วย
เหตุที่ว่านี้ คือต้องทำทั้งทาน ศีล และภาวนานั่นเอง
